Open My Matches and select your tournament. The Room ID and password will appear when the organizer releases them. Check the tournament instructions for the room release time.
Check My Matches again after refreshing the page. If your registration is still missing, email support with your tournament name, registered account details, transaction ID, and payment screenshot. Never share your password or payment PIN.
Refund eligibility depends on the tournament rules and the reason for your request. Read the tournament details before joining. For help with a specific payment, email support with your tournament name and transaction ID.
Browse the Tournaments page to see the games and matches currently available, including BGMI and Free Fire where listed. Each tournament includes its own format, eligibility, and rules.
